SSI UK is part of a global movement that began over 40 years ago with the pioneering work of Ricardo Semler in Brazil. Those methodologies and practices are now available to individuals and organisations throughout the world through the Semco Style Institute.

Changemaker Programme – aimed at entrepreneurs, directors, leaders and managers, the programme demonstrates how autonomy within teams can be stimulated to increase ownership and effectiveness and provides clarity on how to experiment further around self-organisation.
Enabling Hybrid Working – aimed at organisational, functional and team leaders looking for additional guidance to help navigate the complexity of leading hybrid teams, the programme will provide clarity on how to agree flexible working practices.
Agile Culture Essentials – aimed at leaders and coaches working through embedding Agile principles, the programme will provide practical strategies to prepare the whole organisation for a shift towards Agile practices and mindset.
Expert Certification Programme – aimed at change leaders, internal change consultants and independent consultants, the programme will enable cohorts to become certified Semco Style consultants and use the philosophy and practices to support transformation with clients or within an organisation.
