This multi-module, in-depth certification programme uses a mix of Semco Style tools, role play, case studies and group discussion to take your learning to an advanced practitioner level.

Activating: Onboarding launch webinar and access to our digital campus

Immersing: 2-day off-site exploring systems dynamics and the Semco Framework, Principles and Pillars.

Preparing: 2x virtual 0.5d workshops on preparing the Roadmap

Exploring: 5x virtual 0.5d masterclasses on each section of the Roadmap, inspiring guest speakers and pioneers, self-directed group coaching intervision sets

Each is a three-hour session covering:

• Distributing decision-making power to your teams
• Being in control without controlling
• Maturing autonomous teams
• Extreme stakeholder alignment
• Developing responsiveness

2 virtual intervision coaching sessions: working on your practical case study examples in small groups.

Impacting: 2-day off-site honing practitioner skills and delivering your final case study presentations

Digital Credly badge – on completion of the programme, this internationally-recognised digital credential will be awarded. Post to your LinkedIn profile as evidence of your continued professional development.
